The Insurance Training Supervisor at CLEARLINK will be responsible for the development, facilitation, and measurement of the CLEARLINK Insurance Sales training programs.
Responsibilities:
Consults with Training Manager and Director of Insurance Sales regarding the training needs of the organization.
Coordinates with outside training partners to ensure training compliance with industry and brand specific requirements.
Ensures availability of training courses/materials, tracking completion rates and provides ongoing clarification of training requirements. 
Develops internal brand partner and external brand training partner relations.
Develop and maintain training modules for CLEARLINK products, systems and sales methodologies/processes. 
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Organizational Development, Education or other related field.
Three or more years of experience with developing, facilitating and measuring sales training programs.
Three or more years of experience supporting insurance sales training needs in the areas of Auto, Home, Renters, Motorcycle, Boat, Commercial Vehicle, etc.
Demonstrated knowledge of insurance rating systems such as EXLynx.

Intricate knowledge of insurance coverage, options, benefits and how to sell them.
Call center sales/sales training experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of the insurance industry, the major players and issues.
Experience with quality management a plus.
